About Big J' Bakeries Consulting

Built around the business behind the baking.

Big J' Bakeries Consulting helps Nigerian bakeries make sense of their numbers and build systems that last. Dele's journey in the Nigerian baking industry spans over four decades, rooted in hands-on mastery and practical floor experience. He began his baking journey in 1979 as an apprentice at 56 Alafia Street, Amukoko, before honing his skills at 54 Clark Street working with seasoned caterers. Moving up the ranks from a miller to a professional baker, he launched his independent baking firm on January 7, 1991, at 10 Global Street, Isolo.
